Located in the Airport Way warehouse district, the designers used precast cornices to distinguish these buildings from the other tilt-up buildings surrounding them.

The pieces, weighing up to 6400 lbs., were welded to embeds in the tops of the site-cast panels, caulked and painted. The cornice pieces were being cast while the contractor was casting the panels, so the precast was available as soon as the contractor was ready for it to be installed.
